We offer marriage license signing services, as well as traditional weddings, elopements, civil ceremonies, vow renewals, and recommitment ceremonies. We perform non-religious ceremonies. We provide all service options to couples regardless of their race, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Of course! Texas is a BIG state so we do charge travel fees if your ceremony is outside of Collin County. Driving rates are based on current federal travel expense standards if I am driving myself to your ceremony location.
If mass transit or an overnight stay is required for travel, I will book my own accommodations but I will confirm the cost prior to booking.
We cannot. Each state requires their own registration and requirements. I am only certified for Texas.

A Simple Ceremony is $100.
A traditional 15-30-minute wedding ceremony is the perfect option for couple who love all of the wedding traditions. The ceremony typically begins with a warm welcome from the officiant. The couple will then exchanges vows and rings, pledging their love and commitment to one another. This is typically followed by a reading and/or any ceremony rites, such as hand-fasting, lighting of a unity candle, etc. All ceremonies include signing the marriage certificate.
A Traditional Ceremony is $200.
Yes, in the event of needing to stay overnight, before or after the day of the ceremony, I will book my own accommodations but I will confirm the cost prior to booking.
There is also a per diem charge of $25/day for any days that are required before or after the day of the ceremony.
Love it! Holiday weddings are the coolest. We charge a $75 fee for ceremonies performed on New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
If a wedding coordinator is not appointed, the officiant may be requested to coordinate the rehearsal for an additional $100 fee. The officiant will follow the requests of the Couple only and not other interested parties.
Yes. You can get a discount if you are active or retired military, over 65 years old, or a Volunteer Deputy Registrar. Note that only one discount can be used at a time.
Yes, you must get your marriage license from the county before the ceremony. We will help fill it out and can mail it back to the county for you after the wedding, or you can choose to mail it in yourselves or return it in person.
Yes, you must have two adult witnesses present for any ceremony or license signing.
Yes. For the Simple and Traditional packages, we provide two hours of consultation time (by phone, video, or in-person) to plan the script and details.
Yes, all ceremonies include a same day rehearsal for up to one hour on the day of the event.
If your rehearsal is a separate day, we can accomodate this for a $50 fee for up to one hour of rehearsal time. This fee is waived if an overnight stay prior to the ceremony is required.
