A traditional 30-minute wedding ceremony is a beautiful way to celebrate the union of two individuals in matrimony. The ceremony typically begins with a warm welcome and heartfelt words from the officiant, setting the tone for the occasion. The couple then exchanges vows and rings, pledging their love and commitment to one another. A short reading may follow, symbolizing the support and encouragement of family and friends. The ceremony concludes with the pronouncement of marriage and the joyous recessional, as the newlyweds make their way back up the aisle, now joined together in love and unity.
I will perform a marriage ceremony for the couple, and complete the marriage license. This service is limited to ceremonies up to 30 minutes long beginning with the entrance of the officiant, not including signing services. The couple must provide two adult witnesses. I will return the license to the local County Auditor’s office within 30 days of the ceremony. You may choose to return the license on your own if you wish. In addition, I will provide up to 2 hours of consultation time to plan the ceremony and review the wedding script (either over video, phone, or in-person at a neutral location in Collin County).
Ceremonies include weddings, elopements, civil ceremonies, vow renewals, and recommitment ceremonies.
